Steve’s role is not to provide architectural or engineering services, but to help owners and architects define project goals, shape concepts, and align stakeholders so that ownership, design and construction teams can succeed.

Spatiaforma provides comprehensive pre-design architectural services that lay the foundation for successful healthcare and wellness projects. Our process includes space programming and functional needs assessments, site analysis, feasibility studies, budgeting/scheduling support and master planning to align environments with clinical and community goals. We conduct existing conditions surveys, regulatory code reviews, and visioning workshops to ensure every project is grounded in real-world constraints and meaningful stakeholder input. Through early space planning, sustainability goal-setting, and project scope definition, we create a clear, strategic path forward—balancing innovation with precision from day one.
